At the head of Mud is Adrian Webber, the first Site Contamination Auditor to be appointed under the South Australian legislation in 2009. Accredited by the EPA, Adrian’s expertise and experience in the assessment, remediation and management of site contamination allows him to navigate site contamination audits no matter the complexity.
Supported by a team of specialists, Adrian has completed over X independent site contamination audits, often required by the SA EPA and local councils.
Whilst the auditor’s primary duty of care is to the protection of human health and the environment, a good auditor will work as part of the overall project team to expedite the process and ensure that development in South Australia is not unduly hampered by the audit process.
Acting independently from all parties involved, Adrian Webber provides verification on the appropriateness of investigations, compliance with legislation and guidance resulting in sign-off of the site as being suitable for the proposed use. To do so, the auditor must be satisfied that the site does not present a risk to human health and safety or the environment.
From complex remediation to landmark audits, take a look at what is important to Mud and how we have helped clients move forward with confidence.
